Night at the Museum (2006)
Night at the Museum 2 (2009)
Double bill of children's features that mix CGI animation and live action to follow the adventures of the Smurfs. In 'The Smurfs' (2011) after being chased by dark wizard Gargamel (Hank Azaria), the Smurfs find themselves transported from their village in the Middle Ages to modern-day New York. There they seek shelter in the home of Patrick Winslow (Neil Patrick Harris) and his wife, Grace (Jayma Mays), but with Gargamel on the loose, the Smurfs are running out of time to get back to their village. In 'The Smurfs 2' (2013) when Gargamel kidnaps Smurfette (voice of Katy Perry) and steals her away to Paris, the rest of the Smurf gang team up with their human friends Patrick and Grace to try and retrieve her from his clutches. However, with Smurfette the key to Gargamel's plans to transform his latest minions, the Naughties (voiced by Christina Ricci and J.B. Smoove), into Smurfs, this will be no simple task - not least because Smurfette seems rather taken by the Naughties...
Based on the characters created by Peyo for the 1980s television series, this family comedy is a mix of CGI animation and live action. There they seek shelter in the home of Patrick Winslow (Neil Patrick Harris) and his wife, Grace (Jayma Mays), but with Gargamel on the loose, the Smurfs are running out of time to get back to their village. The film features the voice talents of Jonathan Winters, Katy Perry, Alan Cumming, George Lopez and Paul Reubens.
Animated double bill. 'Anastasia' is an animated retelling of the story of the Russian peasant girl who finds out that she is actually the daughter of Tsar Nicholas II. After the revolution in 1917, she is spirited away from the Bolshevik executions of her family, and taken in by a family in Siberia. Anastasia soon sets out to reclaim her royal legacy. This version of the allegedly true story features the vocal talents of Meg Ryan, John Cusack, Kelsey Grammer, Christopher Lloyd and Angela Lansbury. In the spin-off 'Bartok the Magnificent', it is up to Bartok and his chum Zozi to rescue the kidnapped Prince Ivan from evil Baba Yaga - but can they act before Royal Regent Ludmilla seizes the throne?
Billy Ray wrote and directed this edgy drama based on the true story of Stephen Glass (Hayden Christensen), a brilliant young journalist fresh out of college who, under the wing of editor Michael Kelly (Hank Azaria), rose quickly to become the toast of the world of magazine journalism in the late 1990s when he wrote a series of dazzling articles for the prestigious publication The New Republic. But when, after a rare slip, one of his stories is revealed to be fabricated, it isn't long before his entire career unravels - as more than half of the 41 stories he filed for the magazine turn out to be partially or wholly made up. The supporting cast includes Peter Sarsgaard, Chloë Sevigny and Rosario Dawson.
Bartok, the boastful sidekick from 'Anastasia', returns for his own musical adventure. It is up to Bartok and his chum Zozi to rescue the kidnapped Prince Ivan from evil Baba Yaga - but can they act before Royal Regent Ludmilla seizes the throne?

Romantic comedy starring Jake Gyllenhaal and Anne Hathaway, based on the non-fiction book 'Hard Sell: The Evolution of a Viagra Salesman' by Jamie Reidy. Jamie (Gyllenhaal) is an ambitious and promiscuous pharmaceutical salesman who has always kept his emotions firmly in check as he uses his infallible charm to get his way in his job and in his encounters with women. But when he meets free-spirited artist Maggie (Hathaway), he is perplexed to find that his usual box of tricks has little effect. Before long he has become hopelessly infatuated with her, but there is a reason why she won't let him get close, as Jamie is about to discover.
Adventure comedy sequel starring Ben Stiller, Robin Williams, Amy Adams, Owen Wilson, Hank Azaria, Bill Hader, Ricky Gervais and Steve Coogan. Stiller reprises his role as Larry Daley, the hapless security guard who encounters living and breathing museum exhibits. This time round, the Museum of Natural History has been closed for renovations, and the museum pieces moved into federal storage at the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, where the collection includes artefacts associated with many of the great figures of American history including Theodore Roosevelt (Williams), Amelia Earhart (Adams), General Custer (Hader) and Al Capone (Jon Bernthal). Larry must infiltrate the museum's tight security to rescue Jedediah (Wilson) and Octavius (Coogan), who have been shipped there by mistake.
The Smurfs present their unique take on Charles Dickens' celebrated Christmas story 'A Christmas Carol' in this children's animation. Grouchy Smurf (voice of George Lopez) is very much a natural as a stand-in for Ebenezer Scrooge, the figure who hates the joy and merriment the festive period brings. Can a visitation from the Smurfs of Christmas Past (Melissa Sturm), Present (Fred Armisen) and Future (Gary Basaraba) change Grouchy's ways in time to stop the dastardly Gargamel (Hank Azaria)'s latest wicked ploy from succeeding?
