This is the story of a country boy who grew up on a two horse, hilly, subsistence Tennessee farm during the Depression of the late Nineteen Twenties and Thirties. It tells of the events shaping his life, giving him a value system that helped him live what he considers a happy, fulfilled, reasonably successful life.
