Diese Arbeit ist zu verstehen als eine Verbindung zwischen dem theoretischen Ansatz organisationalen Lernens und dem Leitbild der nachhaltigen Entwicklung mit dem Fokus auf vorschulische Bildung. Mit diesem interdisziplinaren Ansatz soll gezeigt werden, dass Bildung fur eine nachhaltige Entwicklung als ubergeordneter Bezugsrahmen an Kindergarten herangetragen werden kann. Auf diese Weise werden Lernorte geschaffen, an denen eine Auseinandersetzung mit der Idee der Nachhaltigkeit stattfinden kann und zukunftsfahige Lebensstile generiert werden koennen. Bedingend fur die Implementierung eines derartigen Bildungskonzeptes sind vor allem organisationale Lernprozesse und die Fahigkeit der Organisation Kindergarten, als Ganzes zu lernen.
