Epidermolysis bullosa (EB) is a heterogenous group of genodermatoses characterized by the formation of blisters and erosions on skin and mucous membrans from birth on. The cause are mutations in the genes of structural proteins of the junction between epidermis and dermis. This book deals with the treatment of this skin disease itself and its many extracutaneous complications. There is no previous book which has been focused on the therapy and it will be based on evidence-based data derived from the worlds largest cohort of inherited EB-patients, the American EB Registry. An important chapter will discuss gene therapy in hereditary EB which has been recently successfully performed within a localized skin site on a single EB patient as a proof-of-principle test. Given its unique collective contents, the monograph will provide the primary source for clinical informations of this oftentimes severe multiorgan disease."

This book presents a summary of the application and instrumentation of cell electrophoresis. The method of making cell purification and characterization possible according to the cellular negative surface charge density is discussed, and ideas for future developments are explained. The negative electrostatic forces at cell surfaces provide information about cell-cell interaction, blood vessel sealing, cytokine actions, cell transformation, ion transport phenomena, and other biological phenomena. Recalculations of the physical principles of cell electrophoresis reveal possibilities for removing disruptive factors caused by electrical current, heat, and sedimentation. The introduction of computer technology, the performance of simultaneous two-parameter measurements, and the application of cell-friendly but current-inert buffer systems render the method more reliable and efficient.

Fiqh, das Islam(rechts)verstandnis, kann unterschiedlich ausfallen, denn es unterscheidet sich je nach verwendeten Quellen und der Art und Weise, wie diese Quellen verstanden und kombiniert werden. Usul al-Fiqh behandelt die Regeln dieser Konstruktion und ihre Legitimitat. In europaischen Sprachen ist das Angebot fur Lekture zu den Usul al-Fiqh allerdings ausserst rar. Dieses Buch ist daher primar als Fach- und Lehrbuch zu den Kernbereichen der Usul al-Fiqh konzipiert. Das Hashtagging, also der Prozess, Hashtags zu setzen, ist ein noch recht neuartiger Prozess der digitalen Verschlagwortung. Die Funktion des Hashtags geht dabei weit uber den ursprunglichen Zweck der Verschlagwortung hinaus: Grundsatzlich ist der Hashtag zunachst tragendes Element gegenwartiger politischer Debatten- und Diskussionskultur. Daruber hinaus hat er eine prominente Rolle im heutigen Marketing eingenommen: Zu nennen sind die bereits existierenden Hashtags einerseits, die die Marketer als Trittbrettfahrer nutzen. Andererseits wird angestrebt, moeglichst einzigartige und profilgebende Begriffe und Neuschoepfungen im Hashtag-Marketing zu finden. Im Kampagnenmanagement mussen heute nicht nur juristische Aspekte, sondern auch Shitstorms und Hashtag-Hijacking als Risikofaktoren in Betracht gezogen werden. (Unbekannt), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Inhaltsangabe: Einleitung: Die vorliegende Arbeit stellt einen Versuch dar, ein Umsetzungskonzept fur die u.E. "vernachlassigten" Existenzgrunderfinanzierungen in deutschen Grossbanken am Beispiel der Deutsche Bank AG, zu erstellen. Als Grundlage unserer Untersuchung dienten uns Fragebogen, die jeweils getrennt fur die Zielgruppen "Existenzgrunder" und "Banken und Sparkassen" konzeptionell erarbeitet und entsprechend verteilt wurden. Die Reaktionen in den Grunderzentren und bei den befragten Zielgruppen waren uberwiegend sehr positiv einzuschatzen. Insgesamt wurden 150 Grunder und 45 Berater der Banken und Sparkassen kontaktiert. Der Rucklauf von 60 Fragebogen bei den Existenzgrundern ist mit 40 % zufriedenstellend, ebenso wie bei den Beratern der Banken und Sparkassen mit 23 Rucklaufen von 45 ver-teilten Bogen. Dieser liegt im Rahmen des Rucklaufs anderer Studien mit der gleichen Zielgruppe und ist bei einem Fragebogenumfang von 4 Seiten bzw. 5 Seiten insgesamt als befriedigend anzusehen. Eine detaillierte Aufstellung der Adressaten der Fragebogen wurde aufgrund der anonymen Befragungsmethode bewusst nicht erstellt. Die Ergebnisse der schriftlichen Erhebung konnten durch ein personliches Interview mit der Projektleiterin Sonderfinanzierungen (auch zustandig fur Existenzgrundungsfinanzierungen) der Dresdner Bank AG am 24.03.1999 in Frankfurt erganzt werden.
