The first edition of The Paris System for Reporting Urinary Cytology introduced a completely new paradigm for detecting bladder cancer by urine cytology. I am 55 years old as I write this, and have been Christian for a number of years. However, although I have read the words of Jesus Christ in the 25th chapter of Matthew on numerous occasions, it was not until earlier this year that those words had an impact on me that appears to have altered the course of my life.
