Handwritten Optical Character Recognition (HOCR) is one of the research fields where the lots of the researchers are working very hard to solve the problems. A little effort is made here in respect to solve the problem in recognition of Handwritten Devnagari Characters, which is very challenging task because of the different writers have their own style to write and there is a lot of variation is occurred in their writing. In order to obtain higher recognition rate, a large database of all possible or maximum variations have been taken from a large group of writers. Because by including these variations we can make our recognition more general to test samples of writers from different background and recognition rate will be observed efficient and it will be acceptable in large domain of users.
