Collection of Christmas special episodes from the animated children's television series about the life of an anthropomorphic pig called Peppa and her family.
Brought to you by Penguin.
Toni Collette and Drew Barrymore star as lifelong best friends in this comedy drama directed by Catherine Hardwicke. The story follows the inseparable London pair Milly (Collette) and Jess (Barrymore), who have been friends since they were schoolgirls, as they confront the life-altering events that await them in adult life. Milly's world falls apart when she is diagnosed with cancer and, as she begins receiving treatment, she has to explain the situation to her two young children while her husband Kit (Dominic Cooper) slowly loses interest in her. Jess tries her best to support her friend while also trying to start a family of her own with her boyfriend Jago (Paddy Considine).
Ten more episodes, plus a special, from the animated television series about the life of an anthropomorphic pig called Peppa and her family. Episodes comprise: 'Peppa's Christmas (special)', 'Pirate Island', 'Cuckoo Clock', 'Pretend Friend', 'The Long Grass', 'The Dentist', 'Zoe Zebra, the Postman's Daughter', 'Nature Trail', 'Pen Pal', 'School Bus Trip' and 'Granny and Grandpa's Attic'.
All six episodes from the first series of the surreal BBC dark comedy, written by and starring Vic Reeves and Bob Mortimer. Chris (Reeves) and Carl (Mortimer) are two estranged brothers who have not seen each other for 15 years, but who join up out of Carl's desperation to find his missing son. Heading towards the town of Catterick, the last place he was seen, the two brothers begin a nightmarish journey on the margins of contemporary Britain. On the way they meet a sinister B & B proprietor (Matt Lucas), a psychotic mass murderer, and become involved in an ongoing police investigation into a shooting at a car dealership.
All 13 episodes of Steve Coogan's BBC comedy drama series. Tommy Saxondale (Coogan) has been through the rock and roll mill and lived to tell the tale. He plays fast and loose, shoots from the hip, and tells no lies - he's a true maverick. Tommy never took the corporate dollar. He doesn't work for 'the man'; he's his own man. These and other moth-eaten cliches are how Tommy would describe himself. But when Tommy removes his rose-tinted Aviator shades, he can't deny a few basic facts: he may have been a middle-ranking roadie for 20 years, but for the past ten years he has been at the cutting edge of... the Hertfordshire pest control industry. After a hostile divorce, Tommy has now found his soulmate in Magz (Ruth Jones), proprietress of an anarchic T-shirt shop.
