This test measures Stress level. In this research, I have discussed above old males and females from two different groups' stress level. 100 old persons (Male and Female) were selected randomly MAHISAGAR district area' join families and old age homes. Old persons were divided in two groups. Group one 'Join family', in which 50 persons (25 are male and 25 are female). Number of two' group 'Old Age Home', in which 50 persons (25 are males and 25 are females). After collecting the date statistical analysis was done according to key for the comparison of different groups 't' test was calculated.

The existence of CNS viral reservoirs is the main cause of recurrence of HIV infection after medication is withdrawn. This problem remains unsolved because of poor CNS penetration with the existing anti retroviral drugs. To meet the demand of crossing the blood-brain barrier (BBB) the compound should have polar surface area (PSA). PSA is defined as the surface area occupied by oxygen and nitrogen atoms and hydrogen atoms attached to these atoms. With this aspect in view, we calculated the PSA values of various substituent on the aryl rings in our aimed compounds and they were found within the prescribed limits so we proceeded with the synthesis of the compounds.

A large proportion of children and youth have mental health problems that follow different trajectories over time. Adolescence is a period in which latent mental problems emerge, with as many as one third of adolescents presenting with complaints significant enough to warrant a visit to the doctor. Since the mid-1950s, a considerable number of psychoactive medications have been developed, with primarily adults with mental health disorders being the main focus. Only a proportion of these drugs were subsequently studied in children and adolescents in well-designed, controlled trials with a sufficiently long-term follow-up. This means that the treatment decision of the prescribing physician carries a unique burden of personal responsibility.
