Das Hannoveraner Lieferkettenmodell ist ein Rahmenmodell fur die produktionslogistischen Prozesse in Unternehmen. Das Buch stellt seine Zielsysteme in den Kernprozessen der unternehmensinternen Lieferkette Beschaffung, Produktion und Versand dar und zeigt Wechselwirkungen zwischen den teilweise kontrar ausgerichteten Zielgroessen auf.
