Das Modell wird aus dem geometrisch linearen elasto-viskoplastischen Materialmodell von Zhang, McCormick und Estrin (2001) abgeleitet. Das Modell kommt mit 2 inneren Variablen aus, einer Vergleichsdehnung und der aging-time, die angibt, wie viel Zeit die gelosten Atome hatten, sich an den Versetzungen zu sammeln. Dabei wird ausfuhrlich auf das Folgende eingegangen: - Klassifizierung des PLC-Effektes nach der Spannungs-Dehnungskurve und den Oberflachenerscheinungen. - Vorstellung des Originalmodells von Zhang, McCormick und Estrin mit Diskussion. - Modifikation des Modells fur grosse Verformungen (geometrisch nichtlinear) und deviatorisch viskoplastisch. - Implementierung des neuen Modells.
