Dieses Buch enthalt die notwendigen Grundlagen fur das Verstandnis und den Entwurf hochintegrierter MOS-Schaltungen. Obwohl der rechnerunterstutzte Entwurf dabei im Vordergrund steht, werden die notwendigen physikalischen und elektrotechnischen Grundbegriffe nicht vernachlassigt.
