I wrote this book so Christians can get the right perspective on the Word of God, the Bible, to get an understanding of the Word on healing. If you're a Christian and serve God, you have covenant rights in the Word of God. The Lord healed his people in the old covenant and the new. Jesus not only bore our sins on the cross to save us, he also bore our sicknesses so we could be healed-"by whose stripes we were healed" (Isaiah 53:3-5). In this book I go into detail in the word of God about how healing belongs to us; it's our God-given covenant right, and Jesus paid the price for it. There are many ways to be healed in the Word of God. In this book I go into specific detail regarding how to walk and live in divine health and how to receive your healing. As a minister, I have seen people healed time after time. God can't lie or fail-just believe.

That's the gospel truth. It doesn't cost us anything to be saved-just a prayer and inviting Jesus into your heart and life. It cost him everything, but he did it because he loved us.

The Lord has always used people-it might as well be you. I tell you how, according to the Word of God. God is not the God of the dead, but the God of the living.

I wrote this book to help Christians understand and know the importance of studying the Bible and finding God's truths for themselves. The Bible says to study to show yourself approved of God (2 Tim. 2:15). We need to know the Bible to stay on track in life. Jesus said in Matthew 4:4, "Man shall not live by bread alone, but every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God." In this book, I show the importance of natural food, and spiritual food that is required to remain healthy. Your body and spirit both need to be fed. Political boundaries are often porous to finance, financial intermediation, and financial distress. Yet they are highly impervious to financial regulation. When inhabitants of a country suffering a deficit of purchasing power are able to access and deploy funds flowing in from a country with a surfeit of such power, the inhabitants of both countries may benefit. They may also benefit when institutions undertaking such cross-border financial intermediation experience economies of scale and are able to innovate and to offer funds and services at lower costs. Inevitably, however, at least some such institutions will sometimes act imprudently, some of the projects in which such funds are deployed may be unwise, and other such projects can suffer from unforeseen circumstances. As a result of such factors, a financial institution may suffer distress in one country, and may then transmit such distress to other countries in which it operates. The efficacy of any response to such cross-border transmission of distress may turn on the response being given due effect in both (or all) the territories in which the distressed financial institution operates. This situation creates a conundrum for policymakers, legislators, and regulators who wish to enable those subject to their jurisdiction to access the benefits of cross-border financial intermediation, yet cannot make rules and regulations that would have effect outside that jurisdiction. This book explores this conundrum and offers a response. It does so by drawing on and adding to the literatures on financial intermediation, regulation, and distress, and on existing hard and soft laws and regulations. The book advocates for the creation of a model law that would address the full range of financial institutions, including insurance companies, and that would enable relevant authorities to cooperate with counterparts in advance of the onset of distress and to give appropriate effect in their jurisdiction to measures taken by counterpart authorities in other jurisdictions in which the distressed institution also operates.

This new book systematically examines the current process for distressed Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), and proposes a different, more appropriate, 'modular' approach to the treatment of such entities when faced with insolvency proceedings. MSMEs play a vital role in virtually all global economies. They are a primary means by which entrepreneurs bring new business propositions to the market, and deliver a range of products and services to local economies. MSMEs tend to be more reliant on favourable legal and regulatory climates to survive and thrive than larger businesses, and insolvency regimes are often more tailored to these larger businesses, assuming an extensive insolvency estate of significant worth, and the presence of creditors and other concerned stakeholders to participate in and oversee the process. These assumptions and features are generally incongruous with the reality of MSMEs, for whom assets are of less value and whose stakeholders are generally more disinterested. The modular approach proposed in this book addresses the imbalances, inconsistencies, and lack of supervision which is often apparent in treatment of insolvent MSMEs. It provides an overview of existing approaches to MSME insolvency, the place of MSMEs in the global economy, and the particular needs of MSMEs in financial distress. It then sets out the procedural framework, policy objectives, and key components of the modular approach, detailing how a choice of modules enables national policy-makers a more flexible process for resolution. It then outlines the roles, positions, and obligations of key stakeholder groups, and explains the managerial, administrative, and judicial functions of this approach. Finally, it explains how elements of the broader legal system should be aligned with, and supportive of, the optimal functioning of the modular approach.
