Auf dem Gebiet der Stochastik veroffentlichte Hausdorff zwei langere Arbeiten, die in verschiedenen Bereichen der Versicherungsmathematik und der Wahrscheinlichkeitsrechnung ihre Spuren hinterlassen haben.
