Nations are built by the imagination and untiring efforts of generations. Any organisation, society or even a nation without a vision is like a ship cruising on the high seas without any aim or direction. It is clarity of national vision that constantly drives the people towards goal. This study is an attempt to know about a physical education teacher, his organizational health, adjustment and various demographic variables.

Teachers are the role models for the students. Whatever they do, think is being imitated by the students. So they must be active, knowledgeable and aware. The recent world is full of problems like population explosion, soil erosion, pollution etc. In order to live happily and healthy, we should love our nature. We should care for it. We should be aware about our environment. What should be done to have a good and healthy environment around us and how to take care of our surroundings? So this study is to see how responsible the teachers of government and private schools are to make our children good, ideal citizen of the country.

Both Mahatma Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi were practical philosophers. They believed in works not words. Both had firm faith in God. Both were in favour of child-centered education. They stressed on cultivation of values through educative process. In their views, life is search for values. Aim of education according to both of them was all round development of personality. The contents and curricula proposed by both the leaders were quite consistent with modernity of education. Methods of teaching of Mahatma Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi are in accordance with the modern concept of education. They advocated child-centred education, which could create interest within the children towards education. If the Government of India could have implemented Gandhiji's Basic system of education in practically, it would have strengthened the back bone of our Nation. Rajiv Gandhi's National Policy on Education, 1986, would equip the country both scientifically and economically to enter the 21st Century

English as we all know is an international language. So its really important to develop love for this language and try to understand this language.People dont speak or write it effectively or rightly. They do many grammatical mistakes while speaking or writing English. English language is an asset for all of the human beings. Through this language only you can converse with people from any area, location of the world. Through this language only you can express yourself and can understand other people too. If you are a student, a researcher, in academics or in any walk of life, this language has to be learnt and known to all of us. All the researches, all the datas available are basically in English itself. So, if you want to gain and update your knowledge, the understanding of this language is mandatory. So this work is an attempt for all the starters to know this language, hence helping them to propagate international brotherhood.
