This book is a compilation of the stories William enjoyed and
cherished over a lifetime, stories that are factual, somewhat
factual, or just out and out tall tales. They recount his family's
life during the depression era, the war years and the fabulous
fifties and sixties. These stories mostly told by his father
describes the trials and joys of growing up in the rural south. To
some the descriptions will bring memories flooding back. To others
it will present a definite human view of that time in history.

Building on co-author Sharon Williams' previous title Improving
Healthcare Operations, this book examines the role of co-design and
coproduction in health and social care. Extending current thinking
on coproduction in healthcare and how this can be operationalised,
this book opens a discussion around how it can contribute to
improvement. Providing a number of case studies, it links previous
public service management, operations management and supply chain
management research by extending and translating these core design
and improvement principles into health and social care. Considering
the wider role of patients, communities and other stakeholders it
will challenge and develop existing thinking in relation to
co-design, coproduction and redesign of services.

The Flipping Book is a simple to read explanation of the basics of
real estate investment. This book goes through the basic principles
of buying a property and turning it over for a profit, also known
as flipping. It also has more advanced tactics for competing
against others at the trustee auctions. The purpose is to give any
person enough information to make an informed decision when buying
properties and attempting to work in this particular business.
This is the hilarious (and almost entirely fictitious) diary of a
"mature" female Open University student, whose life was changed as
a result of her degree studies. "Madge," the heroine, is based on a
combination (and somewhat liberal interpretation) of their own
experiences and those of the other mature, male and female students
and tutors they knew and loved.
Putting our modern life to poetry is no easy feat. William takes
everything from the monstrous to the mundane and puts it down in
prose for all of us to enjoy. You may see yourself or someone you
know in his poems.

My life has been graced with many spiritual experiences and
contacts with God and the Christian icons. At the end of my most
powerful personal epiphany I was told "and unto no man speak of
this!" For most of my life I've kept quiet about the experiences.
Knowing I'm in the process of dying I choose to share now and
believe what is written here will be inspirational and helpful to
others. Those who have shared this information with me in the past
insist the book should be done now.
