Information technology is integrated in the fabric of all major organizations. From improving efficiency to ensuring effectiveness, IT has become a guiding force for organizational excellence. The present work is a compilation of selected papers aiming to disseminate the knowledge generated by the researchers. This book presents thoughts, ideas, experiences and findings of the practitioners and academia across the country.
