This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 21st International TRIZ Future Conference on Automated Invention for Smart Industries, TFC 2021, held virtually in September 2021 and sponsored by IFIP WG 5.4. Whilst previous methods for business process reengineering have focused on time and cost reduction policies to preserve competitive services and products, "Re-engineering of Products and Processes: How to Achieve Global Success in the Changing Marketplace" presents a new approach which aims to include aspects that impact the customer perceived value.
