In 'Executive Decision' (1996) Pentagon defence analyst Dr. David Grant (Kurt Russell) has to rescue 400 hostages from a hijacked 747 aircraft which is stacked full of dangerous chemical weapons and heading straight for Washington DC. Since the terrorists real objective is the destruction of the US capital, Grant realises that attempts at negotiation will be fruitless and consequently resolves to board the 747 himself. But the mission, led by Special Operations expert Austin Travis (Seagal), looks doomed from the start when the experimental aircraft they are using to board the plane goes wildly out of control during the docking procedure.

Kimble then strives to prove his innocence whilst staying one step ahead of the dogged US Marshal Sam Gerard.

Jack Stanfield is an average family man in Seattle who heads up the hi-tech security team at his local bank. But following a seemingly trivial case of identity theft, Jack's life is turned upside down when his wife and two children are kidnapped. The ransom is $100 million which the kidnappers, led by Bill Cox, want Jack to obtain for them via his expert computer skills. Initially compliant, Jack is soon irked by Cox and his cronies to the point where he decides to risk everything to get his family back and bring the bad guys to justice.

As he tries to keep his own frustrations in check, he excels in his sport and gradually receives the recognition he deserves.

Roger Moore's final Bond film sees him once again battling a madman (this time played by Christopher Walken) for control of the world. The fiendish plan on this occasion is to flood California's lucrative 'Silicon Valley' by imploding the San Andreas fault. Grace Jones plays May Day, the obligatory evil sidekick, while former 'Charlie's Angels' star Tanya Roberts had a brush with big screen fame as the Bond Girl, Stacey Sutton. Eager to increase OmniCorp's profits, CEO Ray Sellars (Michael Keaton) wants to advance to the next level by developing a part-robot police officer. When Detroit cop Alex Murphy (Kinnaman), a devoted family man, is critically wounded, Sellars seizes his chance to use him in his project and RoboCop is created at the hands of scientist Dr. Dennett Norton (Gary Oldman). The robot has been designed to remain under the control of the company but they have failed to take into account the human factor and the man who exists inside the machine begins to develop the ability to override their system... The film also stars Samuel L. Jackson and Abbie Cornish.

Tsuda is a young insurance salesman whose life, and the life of his fiancée Hizuru, is turned upside down when he meets an old schoolfriend, Takuji. Soon after Takuji's visit to Tsuda's apartment, Hizuru has her nipples pierced and starts making moves on Takuji while Tsuda begins a fitness and boxing campaign. The bizarre love triangle is linked to a half-forgotten incident from Tsuda and Takujis' youth.
