Triple-bill of CGI animated adventures. In 'Surf's Up' (2007), Cody Maverick (voice of Shia LeBeouf) is a young penguin who dreams of winning the biggest penguin surfing competition of the year: the Penguin World Surfing Championship. His pursuit of this goal becomes the chosen subject of a team of documentary makers that goes behind the scenes of the competition and interviews Cody, his friends and surfing fans along the way. Jeff Bridges, Zooey Deschanel and James Woods are among the actors who lend their voices to the characters in the film. In 'Open Season' (2006), a domesticated grizzly bear called Boog (voice of Martin Lawrence) gets lured into leaving the creature comforts of home by a fast-talking mule deer named Elliott (voice of Ashton Kutcher), and finds himself lost in the woods just three days before hunting season begins. Forced to rough it in the great outdoors, Boog goes native, rallying all the forest animals to take back their home and send the hunters packing. Finally, in 'Monster House' (2006), DJ Harvard (voice of Mitchel Musso) lives directly across the street from a most unusual house. A malevolent entity that longs to feed on the energy of the living, the once peaceful house that looms ominously outside of DJ's bedroom window would like nothing more than the chance to feast on the children of the neighborhood. As Halloween begins to draw near and the children of the neighbourhood prepare for another long night of trick-or-treating, it appears as if it may be the house that is in for the biggest treat of all.

Alone in a strange land, Marjane encounters suspicion and prejudice but gradually comes to be accepted. When high school is over, though, she finds herself feeling terribly homesick and makes the decision to return to her family in the increasingly repressive Iran...
Disney's twenty-eighth animated feature is its first fairytale since 1958's 'Sleeping Beauty'. Ariel (voiced by Jodi Benson) is the mermaid daughter of King Triton, and lives beneath the waves. However, Ariel longs to see the world above, especially after rescuing a handsome prince from drowning. To this end she makes a deal with sea witch Ursula: Ariel can live above the sea in exchange for her beautiful singing voice. Ariel soon regrets her decision, however, when it transpires that her father's kingdom is at risk.
Walt Disney's second full-length animated feature focuses on the famous wooden puppet who wants nothing more than to be a real boy. Pinocchio (voiced by Dick Jones) is the wood-carved creation of Geppetto (Christian Rub). When the pair are visited by the Blue Fairy, she grants Pinocchio the opportunity to become a real, flesh-and-blood boy, but only if he learns to be brave, honest and unselfish. To this end Pinocchio is granted a conscience, one which comes in the shape of the diminutive Jiminy Cricket (Cliff Edwards). However, Pinocchio soon discovers that being good is not as easy as it sounds. The film won two Oscars, for Best Song ('When You Wish Upon a Star') and Best Original Score.

Programmed to take care of humans, Baymax starts to work with Hiro and encourages him to focus on his invention of microbots. When Hiro and Baymax discover that someone has been copying his ideas and creating microbots of their own, the pair team up to find the masked assailant. The film won the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature.

A mouse and a bear make the unlikeliest of allies in this Academy Award-nominated animation adapted from the children's books by Gabrielle Vincent. As the pair try to help each other through their troubles, the powers that be in the mice and bear worlds, fearful of a change to the natural order, join forces to try and solve their common problem.
