The new ADATA U-DIMM ECC DDR3L server memory modules for cloud business
solutions, which feature improved levels of energy efficiency and
performance. The most striking aspect of the new module is its high
efficiency. This results in major energy savings, leading to reduced
overall power consumption for cloud businesses, and all-around lower
carbon dioxide emissions. These benefits come with no sacrifice in
terms of performance- the high speed operation and reduced memory-bus
load of these modules leads to greatly enhanced overall system
efficiency. Fully compatible with major motherboards, this server DIMM
module is a reliable solution that reduce power costs and increase
environmental protection.

Provide Sustainable Server Solutions
Taking Facebook data centers as an example, the high power consumption
of these centers has led to the implementation of many changes towards
energy efficiency. These changes include switching to natural air flow
cooling, changing CPU running voltage from standard to low voltage, and
making the change from 1.5 volts to 1.35 volts and lower for DRAM. In
response to the requirements of this kind of data center upgrade, ADATA
has moved quickly to develop and launch the new high efficiency module.
Compatibility
‧ Compliance: RoHS and JEDEC (Joint Electron Device Engineering Council)
‧Intel Nehalem/ Westmere/ Sandy-Bridge/ Ivy-Bridge platform support
‧AMD Interlagos/ Valencia platform support
HyperX HX430C15PB3A/16 is a 2G x 64-bit (16GB) DDR4-3000 CL15 SDRAM (Synchronous DRAM) 2Rx8, memory module, based on sixteen 1G x 8-bit FBGA components per module. Each module kit supports Intel® Extreme Memory Profiles (Intel® XMP) 2.0. Each module has been tested to run at DDR4-3000 at a low latency timing of 15-17-17 at 1.35V. Each 288-pin DIMM uses gold contact fingers.
