Ioan Dirina has written a book relating his dreams and how they
often foresaw an actual event in the near future. In easy-to-read
narrative and diary format, he has put down these dreams and the
real events that they predicted. These diaries began with his days
as a young man in Romania, and continued till the present day in
California, with all his travels in between. His experiences offer
proof of a supernatural entity, Mr.Dirina feels, because only God
can know the future. This is a fine study of paranormal dreams which
deserves to be read by everybody. On August 4,1964 I had a long
dream with my childhood friend and schoolmate Arsenie Lupu who was
wering a military uniform. Next day I was reding a military
textbook edited in 1877, and on page 104 I saw something written by
a rumanian general named Lupu, same as my friend's name. In my
dream of September 9,1964 I was in main railroad station of
Bucharest with some colleagues, explaining them the meaning of
letters D.A. on a side of a locomotive there. Next day on page 14
of Science and Technique magazine I saw an article titled "Ways of
Iron" in which that particular type of locomotive was described
with letters 060-DA-113. On the night of February 4,1972 I dreamed
that a pistol was given to me for my self defense. Next day Daily
News ran a story about destruction of about 16 thousand pistols
following such legislation passed back in 1968 in New York State.
On February 3,1976 in my dream someone asked me where Al D'Angelo
was working now.I answered that he is preparing tax returns at
H&R Block company. Next day while riding on buss Q44A along
Union Turnpike, between 222nd and 223rd Street I noticed a store
named H&R Fruit Market. On April6,1976 I dreamed that House
Speaker Carl Albert had died. Next day around 1:00 P.M. on station
WIOK I heard a news bulletin about him. On October 16,1980 I
dreamed with movie actress Kim Novak . Next day while I was reading
a newspaper in waiting room of Doctor Angelo Stroe's office, I saw
a classified ad of a 42-year old lady, which read like this:
"Pretty blonde, 5'10,"Kim Novak eyes." On December 8,1985 I dreamed
with a woodpecker drilling a hole in a tree somewhere. Next morning
in a book "Keeping Faith" by Jimmy Carter I read that Colonel
Charles Beckwith told the former president while in Oval Office:
..".the President of the United States is as tough as woodpecker
lips." In my dream of November 26,1988 I was in a location in Los
Angeles from where I could clearly see the "HOLLYWOOD" sign up on
the hills. Next day I watched Thanksgiving parade on channel 5, and
at 6:51 P.M. and again at 7:18 P.M. an advertisement appeared on
screen with the word "HOLLYWOOD" written in it. On April 8,1991 I
had a dream with physicist Albert Einstein, and next day in
Calendar section of Los Angeles Times was an announcement about a
TV series on channel 28 about him. In my dream world of June
16,1991 I was in a hospital where all patients'bills were paid
through Medicare. Next morning Los Angeles Times published an
expose titled "Reimbursement Schemes Costly for Medicare." During
night of May 22,1992 I dreamed that a hundred-dollar bill was
returned to me by cashier of a store where I tried to make a
purchase, as being counterfeit. Next day Vasile Marcu called me
saying that he went to his bank to deposit 300 dollars in cash,
which I gave him the day before, and was told that one of those
bills was counterfeit. On the night of August 12,1993 I had a dream
with Nick Popa from Pico Rivera and next day I got a Notice of Sale
regarding foreclosure on his house. On the night of December
13,1994 my dream took me in a classroom somewhere, where our
teacher was a female member of Congress. Next morning in Los
Angeles Times was a photo of Elaine M. Anderson who just died in
San Pedro at age 81. On January 24,2000 I dreamed about a woman
named Martha, and next day I read an article in Los Angeles Times
titled "Martha Stewart's Stock is not a Good Thing."

The author has thoroughly revised the second edition. Dreams enrich
us with their pictorial and sensitive language. Dreams amplify our
consciousness by informing the dreamer about his conflicts,
feelings of guilt, wishes and instincts. The psychiatrist Dr.
Flottmann researched 45.000 dreams by means of the computer and his
great experience in psychotherapy. For many dream symbols new
scientific meanings have been found.
As I began putting my thoughts to paper after a truly divine
intervention in my life, I had one goal with two ends in mnd - to
accomplish a long term dream and leave a legacy in this life as my
father so admirably did. I chose to write my book. But as I began
writing this book, it took on a different, more profound meaning
for me. I wanted to inspire others to pursue and achieve their
dreams. Writing a book in order to share some of my life's stories
with others has been a dream of mine for many years. It's my hope
that the stories I've chosen will make you laugh, inspire and
encouage you, evoke thoughts that will be pleasing to you, as well
as touch your heart as you see yourself in the same stories you
also thought could only happen to you. I believe most people have
the the potential to imagine meaningful dreams and have the ability
to achieve them, especially when they matter the most to them. But
I also believe there are only a few people who are willing to do
the work that's required to acheive their dreams. Are you? As you
read my book, reflect upon similar stories in your life, but more
importantly think about what you want out of life and why.
Remember, "you are never to old to set another goal or to dream a
new dream," C.S. Lewis. So dream and don't choose the path of least
resistance. Dream big. Because your dreams belong to you.
Anyone who wants to fulfil a dream, needs a trainer. The author,
Raja Oellinger-Guptara, who has fulfilled his dreams in 3
continents throughout his life, is absolutely convinced of this. He
has compiled this essential guide through analysis of the methods
he used and the universal truths on which our world is based. The
result of this lifelong journey and quest is The Midas Effect."
"I awake in a sweat with a feeling of terror Was that real or just
a dream? Trite question I thought to myself, I am a Dreamer after
all I should be able to make sense of this feeling...realizing that
the terror came from my other reality the Dream world. Too early to
get out of bed, I wrapped the blankets around me and put my journal
within reach. Remembering that I had gotten up from my left side, I
resumed that same position, trusting that my dream body would be
enticed to go back into this dream. I knew that by re-entering this
dream I could retrieve some answers. My intension being to discover
what felt so terrifying?" 'Dream of the Trump Seer Temperance' pg.
171 The 'Dreamer' protagonist, narrating the stories learns to heal
self and others through encounters with the Master Dream Seers, the

Animal Seers and The Tree Seers from Celtic Ogham. We learn from
the 'Dreamer' about acquiring Knowledge and transmitting insights
of dream healing techniques to others and to you the reader. For
instance, to be able to journey back into a dream you have had.
How? just as you might review a recent movie seen, you picture the

Would you like to know how the best dream interpreters interpret
dreams? This book gives you an understandable system of dream
interpretation using 40 rules explained in everyday language. His
dream interpretation method is teachable and comprehensible. You

dream in your life. You can have access to the insight your
subconscious wants to give you to help solve problems. What looks
like chaos in dreams can be reorganized and used to guide your
plans. Dreams science is a strange soul logic that is raw, concrete
and fascinating. It wants you to be the best you possible. You be
you. After years of work as a private-practice clinical
psychologist, Dr. Steven G. Fox has compiled a list of the 40 most
essential keys/rules that build a conceptual framework for an
understandable and accessible method of interpreting dreams. The
author uses several full dream examples to show how each rule is
used to interpret dreams, using anonymous client dreams. Therapists
will appreciate this handy reference while the interested layman
can also easily grasp the dream interpretation methods which are
described in everyday language. The general tone of the book is
relaxed yet professional. The casual reader won't feel intimidated,
but the professional won't be insulted by a simplistic approach.
Dr. Fox gives each essential key/rule/theme its own chapter, with a
brief explanation of its meaning and then provides several sample
dreams from real (but anonymous) clients, along with detailed
interpretations of the situations their dreams address. This
approach gives the reader an understandable and useful starting
point for clarifying dreams. Those seeking an easily accessible and
logically explained procedures for harvesting the deeper meaning of
a dream will find what they have been looking for in this book.
Following the interpretation chapters, Dr. Fox provides a
bibliography and reference list for those interested in further
reading, as well as a short glossary of some select terms used
throughout the work. About the Author Dr. Fox, a private-practice
licensed psychologist with over 25 years experience, says, "Having
this book at the beginning of my practice would have reduced the
amount of time it took me to get to where I am now by at least ten
years." It was while recovering from complications from an
experimental treatment for MS (which was ultimately successful)
that Fox had a recurring dream that facilitated his recovery and
led to his fascination with dreams and their meanings. Fox and his
wife Deborah Brogan, a board certified psychiatrist, currently
share a private practice office in Mesa, Arizona. "Dreams: Guide to
the Soul" is a well-written, straightforward and easily
understandable guide to dream interpretation. The layout of the
book makes it ideal for quick reference. The 40 chapters each begin
with an explanation of the dream key used to understand and extract
the deep meaning of a dream. Following this, several examples of
dreams containing these key elements, along with the dream
interpretations, are provided. The language is clear and the
writing style is relaxed yet professional. The inclusion of the
reference section and selected glossary encourages further reading
/ research on the parts of both laymen and professionals. Dr. Fox's
passion for his profession shines through on every page. Every
clinician and person interested in using dreams for guidance would
benefit from reading this book.
