You will see as Bill Vincent unfolds revelation of Current
revival's and relates them to revival of the past. Waves of Revival
reveals revival's to come in the coming years as well. God all over
the world is putting together a people that will truly be sold out
for revival. There are many whom say the right words and say they
are sold out, but when things heat up where are they. God is
speaking of a coming healing revival that is unlike this world has
seen. Are you ready? It is time to prepare your heart for waves of
revival. This is where you never know what to expect next. Within
the first Chapter the Spirit of Revival you will be stirred for
more of God. Bill will share how his ravenous hunger for Jesus
Christ drove him in hot pursuit of God's presence, and then the
amazing way that God responded. First he explains why it's vital to
remember God's hand of intervention in your life and how
remembering activates several important keys, keys that will drive
you further and deeper into God's purposes. At the end Bill
discusses, from personal experience, the secret he learned about
cultivating and maintaining intimacy with God. You will also
discover how your desperation for fellowship with God will propel
you into the spirit of revival. Bill also reveals through prophetic
insight the Healing Revival he shares about how to be in the right
position to be a part of this healing revival and how we can tip
the scales so that our lives, our cities, regions and nations
capture their hour of visitation. Awesome things have been
happening in Bill's Ministry these past few years because of his
encounter with God. The Lord has given him a life of miracles,
signs, wonders and healings!
There have been a lot of lessons he has learned from years of
ministry and surrounding himself with prophetic people. Bill has
been asked many questions o how to see that personal prophecy come
to pass. Bill Vincent is releasing this book, Receiving Personal
Prophecy, to answer those questions. This book is Volume Two of
Bill's prophetic book series. You can get Volume One, Increasing
Your Prophetic Gift, if you would like to learn to flow in a deeper
level of prophetic. Receiving Personal Prophecy is for everyone who
has been around the prophetic and has ever received a prophetic
Word. Bill talks about mostly personal prophetic ministry where
some one singles you out and prophesies to you personally. This
also will be a great tool for receiving a Word for a Church, City,
Country or so on. This book has the basic guidelines and the
strategies for bringing your Words to pass.
The reason being is that Bill didn't even believe in any manifested
signs & wonders. Bill Vincent was a Pastor in Litchfield, IL
and was invited to a David Herzog meeting. They said to him come on
there will be gold dust in the meeting. Bill responded, "What is
that for?" Bill told them he wanted something tangible from God not
some gold dust. Little did he know gold dust was definitely from
God? You will either love it or hate it, but all of this book is
backed up with the truth of scripture. Bill has experienced some of
the most glorious times in God's presence. Bill has seen and has
been a Sign and Wonder. God has shown His awesome wonders to and
through Bill so much that it seems like a dream. Whether it's gold
dust, multi-colored dust, gold flakes, gold nuggets, feathers,
glory clouds, misting rain, gemstones, diamonds, mounted rings and
more. God's Glory can manifest some of the most strange but real
Signs. Bill has been told by some ministers that have experienced
signs and wonders that we were blessed greatly to see all that
we've seen. God moved more in this type of manifestations more when
it was just a few people. Bill believes it is because of the unity
we had. It takes pressing in unity together for God, that brings
His Glory and releases His signs and wonders. We will have full
color pictures of signs and wonders that have happened since 2008.
We believe and hope you will to. In God's Glory anything can
happen. God wanted Bill to say this here. You read this book
expecting signs and wonders to happen and they will.
Bill Vincent has personally helped hundreds to be free from this
powerful spiritual battle. Lust is also linked to people's evil
desires and greed related to materialism and self-gratification.
OVERCOMING THE POWER OF LUST is an easy read of a Bible based
strategy to finding victory. Lust is not only slipping its ways of
perversion into the house of the Lord, but also into society
everywhere. Pornography is destroying lives, homes, and marriages,
which are falling apart every minute. You are sure to OVERCOME THE
POWER OF LUST as you find your road to victory.
If one has faith, then inevitably, one has questions. The only
sensible way to deal with doubts and questions is to express them
honestly to God. In these meditations, the author has given
expression to his questions and has reflected on what kind of
answers God might give! He acknowledges that the answers he has
included may sometimes reflect what he would like to hear, but the
answers do emerge from pondering what he has come to believe after
many years of being a Christian. It is his hope that others reading
these meditations may find that their faith is also stimulated and
that they, too, will initiate for themselves, more meaningful
conversations with God.
Shortly after John Hull went blind, after years of struggling with
failing vision, he had a dream in which he was trapped on a sinking
ship, submerging into another, unimaginable world. The power of
this calmly eloquent, intensely perceptive memoir lies in its
thorough navigation of the world of blindness - a world in which
stairs are safe and snow is frightening, where food and sex lose
much of their allure and playing with one's child may be
agonizingly difficult. As he describes the ways in which blindness
shapes his experience of his wife and children, of strangers
helpful and hostile and, above all, of his God, Hull becomes a
witness in the highest, true sense. Touching the Rock is a book
that will instruct, move, and profoundly transform anyone who reads
it.
In this small but masterly-crafted book, Richard Rohr addresses
what Christianity views as the three traditional sources of evil -
the world, the flesh and the devil - to encourage us to look beyond
our personal moral failings and give us principles for resisting
evil on a wider scale. Exploring how Christianity has focused
almost exclusively on individual evil, or the sins of the flesh, he
offers a gripping interpretation of Jesus' teachings and the
writings of Paul the Apostle to show how vital it is that we also
understand the often subtle and well-disguised evil of the world
and the devil. This book offers no easy solutions. Yet, skilfully
distilling half a century of teaching and preaching, The World, the
Flesh and the Devil will leave you with a greater understanding of
evil and its role in the social issues of our time, and better
equipped to recognise and fight it. With his characteristic wisdom
and compassion, Rohr offers us principles for resisting the social
evils pervading our lives, in which we are all complicit, through
Christian contemplation and by reaching out to one another in love.
First published 25 years ago, Russ Parker's Healing Dreams
established itself as a bestseller. This SPCK Classics reissue has
a new introduction. The author's extensive experience as a
Christian dream counsellor is reassuringly evident in the engaging
and often moving text. Russ draws on a wide variety of his own and
others' dreams to reveal how dreams can lead us closer to God, to a
deeper awareness of his will in our day-to-day lives, and to
greater self-understanding.
This book describes the spirituality of L'Arche, an international
movement founded by Jean Vanier in 1964 in France. The Heart of
L'Arche was first published by Novalis in 1995 and has been in
demand ever since. This updated edition was revised by Vanier
himself, as he looks back on 47 years of the spirituality of
L'Arche, at the age of 83. Readers will discover the spirit that
keeps Vanier's dream alive and thriving in a world where people
with disabilities are often ignored or seen as a burden on society.
With simplicity and conviction, Jean Vanier shows how a life shared
with people who have intellectual disabilities calls us to
selflessness and risk. The vulnerability that is so much a part of
their lives reveals our own limits and forces us to ask questions
that can lead us to profound liberation.
Many, if not most, people and institutions remain in 'the first
half of life' forever, preoccupied with establishing their
identity, climbing, achieving, and performing. If you knew there
was a further journey, wouldn't you choose to do the 'first half'
quite differently? The further journey involves challenges,
mistakes, loss of control, even 'necessary suffering', because that
is how we grow. This message of falling down and in fact moving up
is the most counter-intuitive message in most of the world
religions, including and most especially Christianity. We grow
spiritually much more by doing it wrong than by doing it right. The
Companion Journal helps those who have (and those who have not)
read Falling Upward to engage more deeply with the questions the
book raises. Using a blend of quotes, questions for individual and
group reflection, stories, and suggestions for spiritual practices,
it provides a wise guide for deepening the spiritual journey - at
any time of life.
We grow more spiritually by doing it wrong than by doing it right
In Falling Upward, Fr Richard Rohr offers a new understanding of
one of life's most profound mysteries: how our failing can be the
foundation for our ongoing spiritual growth. Drawing on the wisdom
from time-honoured myths, heroic poems, great thinkers and sacred
religious texts, the author explores the two halves of life to show
that those who have fallen, failed, or 'gone down' are the only
ones who understand 'up'. The heartbreaks, disappointments and
loves of the first half of life are actually stepping stones to the
spiritual joys that the second half has in store for us. 'I thank
God for Richard Rohr's sage-like presence in our culture: I
honestly don't know where I'd be without it.' Brian Draper 'Richard
Rohr at his vintage best: prophetic, pastoral, practical.' Cynthia
Bourgeault 'A voyage into the mystery and beauty of healthy
spiritual maturity.' Mehmet Oz, MD, host of the Dr Oz Show
'Abba, give me a word!' So young monks and visitors to desert
monasteries would often address an 'elder' at the beginning of the
fourth century. These seekers believed that a word originating
outside oneself would descend into the heart and give direction to
one's inner life. Enzo Bianchi has tried to let himself be guided
by the biblical and patristic tradition in Words of Spirituality,
his response to the requests of those who ask him for 'a reason for
his hope'. These 'words' of Fr Bianchi are not listed
alphabetically or by theme. Rather they are arranged to take us on
a journey. Through the use of a method of allusions and
cross-references, one term evokes another, explains it in part, and
sets aside some elements of its definition to be taken up further
on. At the heart of the book is the conviction that our life has
meaning: it is not our task to invent or determine that meaning,
but simply to discover it - present and active - in and around us.
This is a short book focussing on the relationship between theology
and prayer, and their effects on a Christian's life. It sets the
reader tasks of self-examination and reflection in the light of
Christian teaching.

This book provides insights for the spiritual journey through a
profound psychological engagement with the story of Joseph in the
book of Genesis. Like Joseph, every human being faces problems in
life - whether threats to identity, relationship breakdown,
depression, bereavement, stress, personal failure or other forms of
suffering. How we negotiate these crises, and what resources we
find to cope with them, can shape the way we grow as Christians. In
line with the story of Joseph, the chapters in this book are
ultimately about personal transformation - how we can make
something out of the life that has been given us. Over time, we may
find that we have been co-creators within a larger story.
