Zombie horror movie directed by George A. Romero. Film student Jason (Joshua Close) and his crew are shooting a mummy movie in the Pennsylvania woods when news reports begin pouring in about the dead rising from their graves. 'Basket Case 3 - The Progeny' (1991) follows the brothers on a road trip in the Deep South. By this time, Belial has become father to his own monstrous sons and sets out to exact terrible revenge when the newborn infants are kidnapped by a pair of deputy sheriffs.
Husband-and-wife directorial team Chris Kentis and Laura Lau direct this suspense horror remake starring Elizabeth Olsen. Sarah (Olsen) has returned to the remote country house where she spent her childhood summers to help pack it up and prepare it for sale. While she is alone in the unoccupied, dimly-lit house, mysterious creaking noises start to emanate from upstairs and Sarah soon finds herself caught in the grip of terror.
Italian horror maestro Dario Argento's tale begins at a grim séance which ends in blind panic as a voice, possessed by evil, proclaims there is a murderer present. Terrified, a young girl (Asia Argento) watches as her parents flee from the scene. The next time she sees them they are dead - their headless corpses identifying them as the latest victims of a serial killer. Convinced she will be the next victim, the girl pleads with a friend to help her unmask the murderer.
A Nazi-hunter and a scientist fight to stop an evil army sweeping all in its way, in this zombie horror sequel from director Steve Barker. Discovering that NATO forces are facing a seemingly invincible army in Eastern Europe, investigator Lena (Catherine Steadman) sets out to discover if the rise of an army of zombie stormtroopers can be linked to the wartime experiments of notorious Nazi scientist Klausener (David Gant). Linking up with scientist Wallace (Richard Coyle), the pair journey deep into enemy territory, teaming up with a Special Forces unit on a search and destroy mission to prevent the Nazi army from rising once more.
Ti West writes and directs this horror film set in a haunted hotel. The run-down Yankee Pedlar Inn is about to close owing to lack of business, and two slacker 20-something employees, Claire (Sara Paxton) and Luke (Pat Healy), have been left in charge for its final weekend. Eager to prove the rumours of hauntings and paranormal phenomena, the pair decided to set a camera rolling. Disturbing events soon begin to unfold as the hotel's less-than-desirable former residents check in for one last stay.
