The GMC Mini (Cupboard) Dehumidifier is a small cassette full of silica gel, the material that is often found is small white sachets and shipped with goods like shoes and handbags. Silica gel is a natural absorber of moisture and requires no power to work. When the indicator window is blue, place the unit in a suitable location such as gun safes, bookcases, electronic storage devices, cars, closets, shoe cabinets, bags and much more, the GMC Mini Dehumidifier will draw moisture from the surrounding area (please note that the unit will increase in weight as it gathers moisture).

When the GMC Mini Dehumidifier is full, the indicator window will turn pink. This means you need to plug in the unit and recharge overnight or until the indicator window returns to blue. This activates a heating plate in the centre of the cassette which warms the silica gel up to release the moisture and regenerate the gel ready to be used again. This process can be repeated thousands of times. Once the indicator has turned blue then your GMC mini dehumidifier will now be ready for use.
