Surface Preparation:
• Rusted Metal - Affected areas need to be cleaned back to bright metal and spot primed with water based metal primer. Remove collected sand and dust from the area. Apply 1-2 coats of POWR All In One.
• New Metal - Degrease surfaces with a galvanized iron cleaner to remove the manufacturer’s grease protective layer. This process is repeated until the surface is water-break-free. Prime the clean degreased metal with a water-based metal primer. Rinse well with potable water. Apply 1-2 coats of POWR All In One.
• Uncoated Cement Plaster surfaces - Remove dust, foreign material, and
fungal and algae growth. Fill all visible cracks and seal with a suitable plaster primer. Apply 1-2 coats of POWR All In One.
• Fibre Cement Surfaces (Uncoated, Weathered, or New) - Remove dust, foreign material, and fungal and algae growth. If friable or powdery, seal with a suitable bonding liquid or plaster primer. Apply 1-2 coats of POWR All In One.
• Previously Painted Surfaces - Make sure old paint coatings are firm and solid. Remove all loose, flaking, and bubbling paint. Remove all dust, grease, foreign material, fungal, and algae growth. Allow to dry. If then powdery or friable, seal with a suitable bonding liquid or plaster primer. Test the product for adhesion on high-gloss enamel surfaces. If required, apply 1 coat of universal undercoat and allow to dry for 6 hours before overcoating with POWR All In One. Apply 1-2 coats of POWR All In One.

Application:
• Apply with a brush or roller.
• Do not exceed 4sqm. per litre - a 5lt = 20sqm. & 20lt = 80sqm.
• Can be applied on steel, wood, roof tiles, concrete roofs, wall interiors and exteriors, all metal, galvanized sheeting and fiber cement fascias - a unique all surface paint.

APPLICATION:
•Always Mix POWR Rubber Seal well before use.

•Do not dilute POWR Rubber Seal (application ready)
•Apply two coats by brush or roller
•A third coat is recommended for coastal areas.
•Determined by the condition, allow approximately an hour drying time between coats.
•Touch dry time is approximately 2 hours in hot dry conditions (25°C)


POWR WATERPROOFING MEMBRANE APPLICATION:
•Apply a generous coat of POWR Rubber Seal.
•Press membrane into wet POWR Rubber Seal surface.
•Apply a generous coat of POWR Rubber Seal over membrane until covered and allow to dry for 90 minutes
•Apply a final coat of POWR Rubber Seal over coated surfaces.


GALVANIZED METAL ROOF SHEETING APPLICATION:
Wash all fungi-infested areas and cracks with a Fungi Wash and leave for 24 hours to react. This will kill spores and limit fungal growth. Remove all loose flaking and powdery paint or surface laitance by pressure washing. Prime all rust-affected areas ( if any ) with Triple Red Rust Converter.


NEW METAL SURFACES:
Apply one coat of Anti Corrosion Metal Primer to entire surface and allow to dry for 2-3 hours before overcoating. The area must be overcoated within 24 hours to prevent a loss in adhesion. Apply two coats of POWR Rubber Seal (0.8kg - 1kg / m2)


WEATHERED METAL SURFACES:
Apply one coat of Anti Corrosion Metal Primer to entire surface and allow 2-3 hours drying time before overcoating. The area must be overcoated within 3 days to prevent a loss in adhesion. Apply two coats of POWR Rubber Seal ( 0.8kg - 1kg / m2)


PROBLEMATIC METAL AND BITUMEN SURFACES:
An Acid Metal Etch Primer is advisable to use as a substitute for Anti Corrosion Metal Primer under the following circumstances: Where flaking of factory-coated metal sheeting is observed. Over areas that were coated with bituminous products apply Bitumen Barrier Primer.


METAL AND CHROMADECK ROOF SHEETING:
Wash all fungi-infested areas with a Fungi Wash and leave for 24 hours to react. This will kill spores and limit fungal growth.
