I did projects in 3 temples. They all needed me to keep the cost down. These projects are economical because they had to be. I wanted Jewish kids to understand the incredible depth and beauty of their religion. I wanted to teach Judaism through crafts. Children remember hands on. Kids surrounded me that had done projects years before, and described their delight in doing a project that I didn't even put in the book, a project involving adding headdress, necklace, bracelets, ear rings and nose rings to Moses' Egyptian adoptive mother. I had forgotten all about it. They never will.
