The word of God is not designated to any one group or
nationality, but instead is available for all who wish to learn His
word and apply it to his or her daily life. Even better,
understanding the Bible does not require a degree in theology, but
simply an open heart and mind.
Uplifting and deeply moving, "Walking with God Is a Divine
Journey" shares ways to develop a closer relationship with God
through our life's experiences. Author Lisa Olivares Young explains
how, regardless of how your life began or how many mistakes you've
made, the promises of God are deeply rooted within us to seek the
life He so graciously desires for us.
Young uses personal anecdotes and biblical stories to illustrate
how God has worked in her life. She also explores the doubts,
fears, and perplexities she has endured in various life situations,
illustrating how she found comfort and guidance in the Bible and
through prayer. Each chapter touches upon a subject often
encountered in our walk with God, including learning from your
past;
overcoming life's challenges;
discovering your purpose;
taking the road less traveled.
Part memoir and part Bible study, "Walking with God Is a Divine
Journey" will help you develop your faith, understand God's love
and guidance, and listen to His correction, all by reading and
applying His word.
The greatest need of professing Christians today is a better,
deeper, and fuller knowledge of Christ. The Christian life can be
described as getting to know God better every day. Every Christian
should regularly?daily?read the Word of God. We should find time
for quiet time or personal devotion. For over 20 years I have been
using commentaries in my devotions. The blessings derived from the
commentaries is overwhelming. I am writing this commentary to share
some of those blessings and lessons I have learned over the years.
The renowned occult scholar Arthur Edward Waite left no stone
unturned when preparing this meticulously researched volume on the
life and works of the French mystic Louis Claude de Saint-Martin.
Drawing on contemporary biographies, correspondences, and all the
source materials that were available to him at the time, he put
together a biography and summary of Saint-Martin s work that is
still unsurpassed to this day. This edition is presented with
modernised typography and a new and expanded index.
For Sara, the loss of her husband, Peter, was unbearable. Soon
after he passed, Peter came to visit, taking her to various places
that only they could go. Her children, refusing to believe that she
was talking to him, assumed that she had dementia. She suffered a
fall, and from that time on never returned to her home.
But while recovering, Sara was able to travel beyond The Veil,
learning beautiful, heartfelt lessons that she was able to bring
back with her and pass on to her children. Peter takes Sara on a
journey both here and to the hereafter. Her life, and those of her
children, is never the same. She finds an abundance of peace and
serenity in a place that is timeless, where unconditional love
creates healing and comfort and where the ravages of dementia
cannot touch her.
Walking among the angels, Sara's desire is for everyone to know
the place, beyond The Veil.

This book deals about the Islamic Gnosticism and present a
comprehensive narrative about the Theoretical Gnosticism
(Irfan-e-Nazari). In accordance with Islamic Ideology the most
exalted aim of God and his divinely appointed prophets is the
training and guidance of human being in their spiritual journey
from earthly temporary abode towards the eternal God's
Celestial-Kingdom. The main contents of the book as mentioned
earlier are the etiquette and instructions of Gnostic journey, ways
and manners of servitude, detailed descriptions of deeds and
worships that must be performed by a wayfarer, and what sort of
behaviors and restrictions they must practice in order to attain
the desired results. The book consists of preface and three parts
covering the following topics: Self-purification, Human Virtues,
What to be?, Heart in Qur'an, Hard-heartedness, Self-refinement,
Self-struggle, Egotism, Worldliness, Piety, Characteristics of the
Pious, Repentance or Self-Cleansing, Training and Perfection of
Self, Faith, Means of Achieving Perfection and God's Nearness,
Invocations, Instructions, Obstacles of the Path, Nourishment of
Moral Virtues, Righteous Deeds etc. The most prevalent
misunderstanding about Islamic Mysticism which must be clarified is
that relinquishment of worldly involvement, seclusion, and
monasticism are not prerequisites for undertaking a spiritual
migration towards God-Almighty; on the contrary, as it would be
shown in the later part of this book, Islam demands from its
followers that while living among the people a normal social life
discharging the individual and collective obligations, they
shouldn't be negligent of their own selves and must pay special
attention towards their spiritual purification.
This Book makes us aware of spiritual warfare in a way that many
people will never tell you by exposing daily spiritual violence and
difficulties that people are faced with in their lives at different
levels. Maria shares her experiences of how the Lord healed and
delivered her when the doctors could not, and how she kept her
deliverance. She shared the journey to her visitation from the Lord
and what happened next, bringing to light the power of dreams and
visions. The book talks about open doors that can cause the devil
to have legal right in your life that you may not recognize, hidden
fears, mind battles and much more.
When Alfred Schwab was given the opportunity to meet a "contact"-an
incorporeal entity who had been communicating with someone Alfred
barely knew-he was skeptical, to say the least. But his curiosity
and open mind encouraged him to at least explore the
possibility.Orifi, a non-physical being with a special affection
for humans, was willing and able to share his insights from beyond
our understanding. Over the course of many years, he and Alfred
shared countless conversations filled with humor and earthly
give-and-take. Orifi shared generously about our reality, fate,
free will, health, love, religion, and our physical world-past,
present, and future. When Alfred was faced with unimaginable
tragedy in the death of his child, he turned to Orifi for guidance
and hope. And what Orifi shared allowed the grieving father to view
his life experiences in a new and optimistic way. "You are never
alone," Orifi promised his friend, and that sentiment rings through
Alfred's story and words.
