The A-Z Adventure Series of maps combines the best of OS and A-Z,
creating the perfect companion for walkers, off-road cyclists,
horse riders and anyone wishing to explore the great outdoors. The
Cleveland Way is a 109 mile (175 km) National Trail from Helmsley
in the North York Moors National Park, to Saltburn-by-the-Sea,
where it joins and then follows the coast to finish in Filey. The
trail combines beautiful heather moorland countryside offering
panoramic views and a dramatic coastline with spectacular coastal
scenery. There are numerous historical buildings, ancient features,
interesting towns and fishing villages to encounter along the way.
The route on the map is clearly highlighted in yellow. This
official National Trail Map* of the Cleveland Way features 39 pages
of continuous Ordnance Survey 1:25000 mapping providing complete
coverage of the Cleveland Way. The atlas includes a route planner
showing distances between places and the amenities available,
featuring: *Information Centres *Hotels/B&Bs *Youth Hostels

on safety and security when walking and a selection of QR codes

Path & Peddars Way, North Downs Way, Pembrokeshire Coast Path,

This new title is one of the first two in an updated series of Paul
Hannon's `Short Scenic Walks' guidebooks. The principle feature is
that all walks are less than five miles in length, offering a
perfect half day's stroll for families, casual walkers and all who
want to enjoy a leisurely exploration of Britain's outstanding
country landscapes. A range of enhancements include a wider
geographical spread, in this case merging - with full revision, two
popular titles which are now out of print. The walks start from
such places as Harrogate, Knaresborough, Pateley Bridge and Ripon,
and include such iconic landmarks as How Stean Gorge, Brimham
Rocks, Studley Royal, Almscliff Crag, the Nidd Gorge and the
Washburn Valley. In addition to being more visually appealing than
their predecessors, with a more modern house style, this new series
offers 30 walks rather than 20, and these more substantial books
feature a full spine rather than wire-stitched binding. Over 30
colour photographs depict features and landscapes along the routes.

There are currently 272 London Underground, 113 Overground and 45
Docklands Light Railway stations. Luke Agbaimoni has been slowly
attempting to capture visual moments at each one. When we see a
symmetrical image, it soothes us. It feels as if a puzzle has been
completed in front of our eyes. In his first book, The Tube Mapper
Project: Capturing Moments on the London Underground, Luke
Agbaimoni captured themes such as light, reflections, tunnels and
escalators, and documented how the London Underground is part of
our identity, a network of shared experiences and visual memories.
This follow-up project sees Luke delve into his obsession with
symmetry, seeking out stunning and powerful examples across the
network in his quest to find beauty in the seemingly mundane.
London Underground Symmetry & Imperfections considers such
questions as what symmetry means and how to find it in your daily
commute, and also revels in the design of the newly opened
Elizabeth line.
