The now-private collections of 1940s era US Air Force Project Sign microfilm typically have a better level of quality than the copies that were later prepared for public viewing at Maxwell Air Force Base and the US National Archives. However, even the 1940s records sometimes have legibility issues. This volume represents the combination of all these sources being utilized to compile a clear and legible presentation of the Project Blue Book UFO files.
