YOU DECIDE THE WEIGHT
The home gym has a stack of 10 weights, each weighing 7 kg (15.4 lbs), making it ideal for beginners or those who are more advanced. Decide for yourself which weight you use for an exercise.
LEG PRESS
When you turn the curl pad into a backrest, you create a leg press for leg-strengthening exercises.
ADJUSTABLE BACKREST
The backrest on the bench is adjustable, which gives you a comfortable position during your workout
BICEP CURL
The curl pad is also ideal for upper-body and arm exercises, for example, in combination with a pulley or dumbbell
HIGH PULLEY & LOW PULLEY

MAXIMUM LOAD CAPACITY
It’s important that you know what the maximum load capacity is of your equipment per part. You will find this in the image above. If you subtract your body weight of the maximum load capacity, you will know the amount of weights you can load. You include your body weight only when there are parts on which you can sit or lay on.
ADJUSTABLE LEVER
The equipment comes with an adjustable lever. In combination with the weight bench, the lever is perfect for chest and shoulder exercises, like the lat pull down, chest press and shoulder press.
ADJUSTABLE BACK REST
The bench is adjustable and can easily be set to your most comfortable workout position.
FOLDING BENCH
Move the weight bench aside and you’ll have room for the triceps extension, biceps curl, calf raise, squats, rows and other stand-up exercises
WEIGHT PLATE STORAGE
This home gym is suitable for Olympic and regular weightlifting bars. On the sides, the frame provides space to store different weight plates.

If the adjustable lever, high and low pulley are not enough for you already, is the Leverage Gym equipped with 2 band pegs on both sides. This allows you to do exercises with power band, or use these bands to make your lever heavier
KNEE SUPPORT
Comfortable padding allows you to keep your body in place when doing exercises like Lat Pulldowns & abdominal work.
SUPPORTS ALL WEIGHT PLATE TYPES
Are you finished exercising or are not using some weights during your exercise? Store these weights on the two storage bars on the sides.
