Excellent OD Textbook

I am very impressed at the speed of this order and the service received. The courier was unable to deliver as I was out of my office, they called me the next day to arrange delivery and arrived as scheduled. This is a prescribed textbook for my Organisational Development. When i started this module I barely understood what OD is, and after spending some time in the pages, the class work makes more sense and I feel I am better suited to understanding organisational development.
