My book is designed to reach individuals that struggle with his or
her sense of indentity. My life has always been a challenge and the
lessons I learned from it helped me find my true self. I was
misguided I thought the value of man was broken down into dollars
and cents. No dollar value can compare to a person who helps people
out of the kindness of their heart and not to be pompous. I use to
believe that obtaining a quality education didn't matter because so
many people where I'm from were criminals and they lived like rock
stars. Some of my family members and peers had the American dream
for moment but all that came to an end. I tried to follow in their
footsteps but a higher power had a greater purpose for me. I made
the transformation from living in darkness to light so I could do
my part in trying to remove the blindfold from the eyes of
Detroit's youths and the world if possible. My book is designed to
inspire and motivate the world to discover his or her positive self
and abandon negativity forever.
