The Deep South harbors many secrets: secrets that rarely find their way into the mainstream world that exists beyond the fiercely protected southern 'way'. This is the story of a little boy who grew into the man who would take his place as the Christ of the Last Days. It is a series of anecdotes that commence with the narrative of his childhood which took place in the very boson of the South herself.Georgia, and ends with a startling conclusion of his life long vision "to know the biblical Truth, the whole biblical truth and nothing but the biblical truth." March, 1929. David came into the world as the precocious, only child, of two staunchly southern parent; Virginia and Early Steward. In his earliest years, the threesome that was David's family would be the center of his universe: his hearth and home, his safety net and source of comfort. Virginia and Early, their secrets, their struggles and their often turbulent relationship, would greatly influence and mold their son. David's family started out as average middle-class, and then rose to the epitome of southern affluence. Early, a small-town power-broker, skirting precariously close to scandal through the years: served as County Commissioner and Special Deputy Sheriff in Berrien County, Georgia. Virginia.the epitome of southern charm and culture, sought to impart this to her son as a future southern gentleman. Most of it took and lived until. From their lofty perch at the top of the heap, they would eventually fall from southern grace in financial ruin, divorce and the decline of the family on all sides. Each curve in the road would leave its mark on the boy, who would become the man who would perceive the act upon a vision of whathe and the world around him could become.
