Terrible design

Two major design flaws with this blender - both exceesingly annoying. Firstly, the base with blade occassionally untwists during blending and spills entire contents of jug. Secondly, the initial speed of the blade has too much force, and requires the lid to be held down VERY firmly. Not user-friendly at all!
