Review This Product

Thu, 28 Jul 2022 | Review by: Zane Marc Gentis

This book is both thorough in tackling the source of burn-out and how to deal with it, as well as written in an accessible style that's more conversational than academic. There's a lot of good stuff in here that you can start applying immediately that will be on benefit to anyone. The one caveat to bear in mind is a lot of the book also deals specifically with the stress and burnout women suffer due to cultural and societal pressures and expectations. It's illuminating, but if you're a man looking to deal with your own burnout these sections of the book might have less value for you.
