and organization level. Based on over 20 years of experience and
work with thousands of individuals he identifies and addresses
common barriers that keep us from being as effective as possible.
He creates a framework to help us understand how what we have
learned in the past may be counterproductive to being successful in
our current and changing environments (e.g. if we want to encourage
