The author, who found himself in this situation with a terrible lung disease, and whose condition was made worse by conventional medical treatments, set off on a road of discovery and self help. The book catalogues his own successful treatment and details the many people who have been helped, and the treatments used to help them, ranging from cancer(and other dread diseases) to infertility. Written in a narrative style, it is interesting, informative and amusing.

I first saw this book on Google whilst researching auto-immune disorders, there being a limited number of viewable pages which clearly helped convince me this was a book worth reading. The author is English Herbalist Gerald Green, a herbalist of over 35 years. Although clearly a complex subject, Gerald has written the book in clear easy to understand language, his drive and passion to treat and defeat these awful diseases is clearly evident. As well as explaining his theories and remedies, the book documents his many hundreds of success. ***** 5 star reading.
