I have approached every catering job as if I was cooking for my own family; I have never cut corners or used substandard ingredients, and I only prepare food that I like to eat myself. Another amazing book by Jenny Morris. I have used numerous recipes from this book and they were all delicious. Great recipes for both family meals and entertaining.
