John Davison Rockefeller (1839-1937) was an American industrialist
and philanthropist. Rockefeller revolutionized the oil industry and
gave millions to philanthropic causes. His foundation had a major
influence on medicine, education and scientific research. During
his life Rockefeller met and did business with some of the most
interesting men of his time. His reminiscences give a unique
perspective to these men. This is an excellent book for anyone
interested in American history and business.
