The book aims to demonstrate that despite the apparent lack of
interest by leadership practitioners of an African orientation to
document and publish empirical accounts of strategic leadership
case study practices emerging from rural Zimbabwe, there is clear
evidence that huge volumes of information on the subject of
leadership exist. The book is an attempt to document testable
leadership experiences that add to the existing body of knowledge
on the subject of strategic leadership. The experiences presented
are unique enough to motivate readers to want to interrogate the
leadership themes flighted in each of the ten chapters of this
book. The style of presentation of the study materials suites
students pursuing diploma, undergraduate, masters level studies and
can also be used as reference materials for doctoral studies
