reason or another: Some are natives. Some are transplants. Some are
passing through on a road to another destination. This book is
about them and the places they come from. It is a collection of
cookery and tradition - two of the ingredients that connect a
community. Many of the recipes are simple and easy, while others
are more complex. All provide clues about the customs of those who
