Better than therapy

From the outside this book looks like just a series of fun activities. But it's so much more than that. If you're OCD or a perfectionist of sorts this book WILL help you let go of that. Even for just a short while. Prepare to get messy, go on adventures, be mindful, try a ton of things you've never even thought about doing or never thought you will. It will rip you out of your comfort zone and seriously change your outlook on life. It changed mine! The best purchase I've ever made - absolutely no exaggeration.
