Awesome Vacuum and Washer but they forgot the upholstery cleaning tool....5star product cant go wrong...

No upholstery nozzle included

The machine works well, the upholstery nozzle is not included despite the description stating that it is, contacted support and they want pictures of the missing item from the user manual, they are not checking or changing the description on the website. Also the bags are difficult to find.

Delayed Delivery

I am dissapointed that they don't communicate properly delivery dates. On the website it shows they will dispatch the item within 7 to 10days. Now its 15days and they are now mentioning expected dispatch date to be 22days later.
