My husband and I have spent the last decade perfecting our version
of spaghetti sauce. After trying some my co-worker asked for
lessons. This book is that lesson. It is a recipe that is so
versatile you can use it with just about any tomato based recipe.
Now when I say spaghetti sauce, I am not talking about the basic
authentic spaghetti sauce most people consider. This would be a
more general tomato based sauce but it's easier and quicker to say
spaghetti sauce. In our house, that's what this is. This also
contains a sample of different variations that can be made and how
the left overs can be used for a wide variety of alternate meals.
This is excellent for someone who is looking to make a single meal
that can be turned into many more. Basically, if you're broke, this
is for you. It covers the majority of your dietary needs and is
hearty enough that you shouldn't be hungry later (and if you are,
there should be plenty of leftovers waiting to go into your tummy).
