Received in shocking condition

I am not disgusted withe the product as i have not taken it out the box. This item was received in a box that had been bandaged with Loot packing tape and on finally opening the box All items were not in original packing or packing was broken. The mains cable was rolled up like it had been used. I would like to know how Karcher will respond to their product being represented in this manner.
