Der in sechs Teile gegliederte Kommentar ist in insgesamt drei Banden innerhalb des Corpus Medicorum Graecorum erschienen: I und II als Band XI, 1,3,1, die Teile III und IV als Band XI, 1,3,2, die Teile V und VI als Band XI 1,3,3. Leendert G. Westerink war bis zu seinem Tod 1990 an der Universitat Buffalo (USA) tatig."
