Lots of good ideas to feed the family, lifesaver lessons on ingredient substitutions, shortcuts, alternates or adjustments to recipes. Imteresting recipes showing Asian, Jamaican, influences but still acceptable to a hungry family.The kind of book you want to keep close to your elbow when you cook for the family.
