Be very careful buying this book, do extensive research on what this is all about. You will notice the root of the occult. And it's deeply planted. The founder of the Pranic healing is Master Choa Kok Sui. Take note also with words like "Receive with the one hand and Protect with the other..." What are you receiving, from whom and who do you protect from? Had to star it to write a review but won't give it a star at all when this is a review of warning to those who are believers and followers of God/Elohim.
