Haynes manuals are justifiably famous for giving the clear directions you need. If you've tried to buy the e-book version in South Africa, you will already have discovered that you are blocked by Haynes and need the hard copy of the book.Based on my experience, it takes a while to arrive but you will get your manual and you probably will be delighted with it.
