It suction is fabulous, cannt complaint, but it is only suitable for tiles, wood floors or really smooth surfaces, does not like rugs, deep pile carpets with pet fur on them. At the moment I am undecided whether to return it as it is not suitable for purpose.

Not going to last forever but I have dogs in the house and this has picked up all animal hair on our tiles. Dont have rugs in our home so I cant comment on that. In short: works well for animal hair on tiles. What I needed.
